As you know, rice becomes prime food for Indonesian. So, as long as you see, rice fields every where.
Like other plants, rice plants also have their pest, for example is snail. Snails eat stalk and leaves of rice plants, so the plants will die soon.
But, in other point of view, these rice field snails can be processed as delicious cuisine. Before cooked, break the shell, throw body waste. After that, snails submerged into water along one night.
The next day, prepare condiments that contain spices: chili, turmeric, shallots, garlic, and ginger. Wash snails, and cook it with the condiment.
